Nivia Sports Factory 02 - Shoe Variant
The project expands a sports goods factory campus with a new fourth building and a renewed visual identity. All four buildings are brought together through a shared façade language. Clean forms, strong color, and deep openings create a modern image aligned with NIVIA’s growing global presence.
The design uses color, proportion, and shadow to connect old and new buildings. Blue and yellow accents reflect the energy of sport and the NIVIA brand. Repeated framed openings give scale and rhythm, while simple white surfaces create clarity, brightness, and a confident contemporary character.

A bold new factory identity shaped through color, light, movement, and efficiency.
The campus had three existing factory buildings, with a fourth building added for expansion. The aim was to unify all four structures and create a stronger identity for a growing sports goods brand.
The design gives the campus a clean and modern look that reflects NIVIA’s global ambitions. White surfaces form a calm base, while bold blue and yellow frames add energy and recognition. Deep window surrounds create shade, reduce glare, and bring depth to large walls. Repeated elements visually connect old and new buildings. The result is an efficient industrial campus with a fresh, international presence and strong brand character.
